I think paranormal and monster should be separate—I don't think of ghosts as monsters, and monster horror also doesn't cover things like possession by ghosts/demons/spirits. Paranormal would also cover haunted houses, which are challenging to fit into the current list.
I think there should be an option for serial killer or slasher or similar—I thought that would be covered under survival horror but it seems like you mean that more in the apocalyptic vein.
